I'm plagueboy on twitter.
Plague was a nickname that I earned while working a theater level operation for the Department of Defense. I had the unfortune of having the most confirmed kills on our targets. Although these deaths showed that I was operationally effective, it's my biggest regret in life. I find that the nickname helps me remember the lives that I took at the U.S. Government's request.
I often use the nickname "plague" online, however when it's already taken, I usually chose "plagueboy". Although I'm getting older now and hardly qualify as a boy, "plagueman" just doesn't sound right. Although the name may be offputting to some, I hope that it does highlight some level of seriousness for life.
Unfortunately, no reasonable combination of my real name was still available to use on twitter, when I signed up.
